I’ve been teaching music both privately and in the classroom for over a decade. I hold a double master’s degree in piano performance and pedagogy from Washington University in St. Louis, and a bachelor’s degree in music history from the University of Missouri–Columbia. I’ve accompanied the 3rd through 6th grade sections of The St. Louis Children’s Choirs and have worked with choirs and vocalists throughout the St. Louis area. I also served as an adjunct professor of piano at East Central College. Teaching at Andrews Academy has been a joy—elementary students hold a special place in my heart, and this school is truly a special community. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy gardening, embroidery, reading, and taking park walks with my husband, son, and our dog, Homer.
