Roisin Eagleburger

Dean of Students

Mrs. Eagleburger is proud to serve as the Dean of Students at Andrews Academy. She brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for education to her role. A graduate of the University of Missouri, Mrs. Eagleburger earned both her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and her Master’s Degree in School Counseling from Mizzou. She has served as a School Counselor for both Columbia Public Schools and the Wentzville School District.

In addition to her expertise in school counseling, Mrs. Eagleburger holds a Montessori Credential in Early Childhood Education, reflecting her commitment to diverse educational approaches and her dedication to nurturing young minds.

Her educational philosophy centers on fostering a love of learning in every child, while emphasizing compassion, care, and connection. She is a staunch advocate for each student's success and works tirelessly to ensure they have the support and encouragement needed to thrive.

Outside of her professional life, Mrs. Eagleburger is happily married and the proud mother of a son who attends Andrews Academy. The family enjoys spending time outdoors, cheering on the O’Fallon Hoots, and socializing with friends.
