Kindergarten
I am pleased to be an Associate Kindergarten Teacher at Andrews Academy Lake Saint Louis. I was born and raised in the beautiful, little riverside town of Hermann, MO. Along with my husband I have three sons and a gentle hearted dog named Yoda. All three of my sons are thriving students here at Andrews Academy. Our only regret is that we didn’t discover this school sooner.
As the second born of a family of 11 siblings, it seems only fitting that my passions include being a mom and an educator of young children. I find a lot of joy in spending my days facilitating and supporting the learning process as I seek to help educate the hearts and minds of these precious kindergarten students through my own love for learning. I see myself as a lifelong learner and hope to share this quality with my students in the classroom, on the playground, out on nature walks or wherever we find ourselves engaged in learning!
Outside of school you might find me enjoying a variety of outdoor activities or in my kitchen where I love to cook and bake nutritious and delicious foods for my family. I especially enjoy sharing my passion for nutrition and healthy lifestyle with my boys, and am pleased to say they are well on their way to becoming capable and competent cooks themselves.
