Kat Foust earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Athletic Training from the University of Evansville in 2001. Following graduation, she spent 15 years as a stay at home mom for her 3 children. During those years she coached multiple sports part time. Her coaching experience includes volleyball, basketball, soccer, track and field, swimming, and gymnastics. Currently, she competes as a runner and triathlete.
The Physical Education mission is to introduce sports skills for life: To grow the body, mind and heart. The goal is to teach the students to value the work and effort they put into PE class. The focus is learning how to help a team succeed, rather than playing for personal achievements.
